Summary of investor rights

Quaestio Solutions Funds, Quaestio International Funds (hereinafter, the "Funds"). The Funds are collective investment schemes falling within the scope of Directive 2009/65 / EC ("UCITS" or "UCITS").

This note is intended as a summary of the investor's key rights as a UCITS investor for the purposes of the European Union Cross-Border Distribution Regulation (EU Regulation 2019/1156). It is not intended to be and should not be regarded as an exhaustive list of all rights investors may have in respect of the Funds.

Capitalized terms used in this summary and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to them in the Prospectus. Please refer to the relevant Fund Prospectus for further details regarding the operation of the specific Fund.

Investment Participation Right - The Units entitle the holders to participate proportionately in the profits and losses of the respective Fund, subject to any differences in terms or characteristics applicable to the different Classes of Units. Full details of each Fund's investment objective and policy and the characteristics of the Class of Units are set out in the relevant Prospectus.

Right to Receive Income - Each investor is entitled to receive income in proportion to the Units held. In the event of the issue of distributing Units, the SGR will determine each year the results attributable to the Units of each Sub-Fund. These include net investment income during the financial year ended, capital gains, whether realized or not, minus the loss, realized or not, reported profit as well as the share of the results in the net asset value of the Units subscribed, minus the proportion in the results. in the net asset value of the redeemed Units. For each Sub-Fund, the portion of the results attributable to the Capitalization Units remains invested in the Sub-Fund and is added to the portion of the net assets attributable to them.

Right to receive information - Each unitholder has the right to receive certain information about the Fund in which the unitholder has invested. This information includes the Fund's management reports and further information may be available upon request. Further details in this regard are contained in the Prospectus.

Right to participate and vote at the meeting of participants - Each investor has the right to receive notice, participate in person or by proxy and to vote at the meeting of participants. as well as to the meeting of participants of the particular Sub-Fund in which the investor has invested.

Redemption right - Each investor has the right to request the SGR to redeem their Fund Units on a valuation day at their net asset value based on the conditions of the redemption procedure set out in the Prospectus.

Right to data privacy - Without prejudice to applicable law, investors may have rights in relation to their personal data, for example the right of access and rectification and, in some circumstances, the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Privacy Policy is available at
