Quaestio SGR is registered with the Italian register of management companies in accordance with article 35 of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, under no. 43 of section of UCITS management companies and under no. 149 of section of alternative investment funds management companies.
The Management Company is authorized to provide the service of collective management of investment funds in Luxembourg.

Guido Celona, with 40 years of experience in EY S.p.A., has dedicated his professional activity mainly to the financial sector, covering roles of responsibility for the audit of the leading players in the Italian banking sector and of Italian subsidiaries of foreign groups operating in the same sector.
Alessandro Potestà is Chief Executive Officer of Quaestio since July 2023.
Alessandro joined Quaestio in 2015 as Senior Portfolio Manager to manage Private Investments in Public Equities (PIPE) strategies and to expand Quaestio's investment capabilities in Private Markets. Before joining Quaestio, Alessandro was CIO at IFIL S.p.A. and EXOR S.p.A., where he was responsible for direct investments of both listed and unlisted companies. His responsibilities included the evaluation and recommendation of direct investments and related transactions to EXOR's Board of Directors and Investment Committee, as well as the ongoing strategic analysis of the existing portfolio. He holds a degree in Economics with Honours from the University of Turin.
